The Wide Belt Sanders (XLR-WBS-1300-1) is engineered for a uniform, consistent surface finish, using an abrasive belt polishing head with tensioning and tracking to polish the surface to a uniform grade. It is configured with 1 finishing station, a 15HP head, handling min 1 to 50 mm. The entire polishing process delivers a consistent, uniform result quickly and efficiently. It is the ideal solution for high-volume production of SS sheets and plates, along with custom components to specification. The engineered design ensures consistent material removal and a uniform finish across every part.
