Pad-Type Grinding Machine

The Grinding Machine Pad Type (XLR-BG-PAD-150-1) is engineered for precise stock removal and surface grinding, using an abrasive belt head with adjustable tensioning and tracking to grind and finish the surface. It is configured with 1 finishing station, a 7.5 HP head, handling 145 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm. The entire grinding process delivers a consistent, uniform result quickly and efficiently. It is the ideal solution for high-volume production of SS flat parts, square tubes, square bars, fabricated parts, welded parts and cutlery blanks, along with custom components to specification. The engineered design ensures consistent material removal and a repeatable surface across the whole component.
