The Flat Polishing Machine 13 Station (XLR-FPM-200-13) is engineered for a uniform, consistent surface finish, using a conveyor-fed abrasive belt station to polish the surface to a uniform grade. It is configured with 13 finishing stations, a 7.5 HP head, with automatic loading/unloading. The entire polishing process delivers a consistent, uniform result quickly and efficiently. It is the ideal solution for high-volume production of SS sheets, plates, flat bars, square tubes and flat pressed parts, along with custom components to specification. The engineered design ensures consistent material removal and a uniform finish across every part.
