The Flat Buffing Machine (XLR-FBM-150-1) is engineered for a bright mirror or satin finish, using a heavy-duty buffing head with liquid-abrasive application to buff the surface to a high lustre. It is configured with 1 finishing station, a 15 Hp head, handling 1400 length x 100 width x thickness 100 mm max. The entire buffing process delivers a consistent, uniform result quickly and efficiently. It is the ideal solution for high-volume production of SS sheets, plates, flat bars, square tubes and flat pressed parts, along with custom components to specification. The engineered design ensures consistent lustre and surface uniformity across every part.
